Wæm Ǐkěi Sèl (/ɪˈcɛi/ /sɤl/ [furious] [coffin]) is a subtropical Town located in Siqiqare Zone, Madraměvì District, within the Federation of Alveria.

The name Wæm Ǐkěi Sèl is derived from the Constructi language, as Wæm Ǐkěi Sèl was founded by Zx-931y 'Moonracer' Trgêyë, who was culturaly Constructi.

Climate

Wæm Ǐkěi Sèl has a yearly average temperature of 27°C (80°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 32°C (89°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 23°C (73°F). Wæm Ǐkěi Sèl receives an average of 237 cm/y (93 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Overview

Wæm Ǐkěi Sèl was founded durring the late 16th century in spring of the year 1560, by Zx-931y 'Moonracer' Trgêyë. The establishment of Wæm Ǐkěi Sèl was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Zx-931y 'Moonracer' Trgêyë struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Wæm Ǐkěi Sèl as a prison colony.

Wæm Ǐkěi Sèl was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the late 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Wæm Ǐkěi Sèl is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Wæm Ǐkěi Sèl is buildings folow an organic layout of broad worn bedrock streets whihch gives the town a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks and fences to provide minimal protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. The somewhat suffishent has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.

Wæm Ǐkěi Sèl has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Wæm Ǐkěi Sèl’s streets. Yet, deep down, you know this atmosphere is a carefully created illusion. You can see the ocasional seam in their tapestry. You’re not sure what has them doing their best to act so carefree, but act carefree they do.

Wæm Ǐkěi Sèl's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is famous for its stately symmetry, classical elements, and grand appearance. Columns and pillars, such as Corinthian columns, are often seen supporting open structures or porticos. Symmetry is an important feature of this style, with each half of a building mirroring the other. Domed ceilings and windows grace these buildings, with everything placed in a mathematical arrangement.
